When it comes to setting your own health and fitness goals it often helps to follow a few people online whose stories you love, goals you aspire to and who do a great job at educating and motivating their community. Here are four such women who we love to follow and are great motivators when it comes to setting goals, getting fit, eating well and enjoying life.

Victoria is a self-confessed chocoholic, but also a fitness and well-being fanatic. Her motto is ‘training for chocolate’ and we love it! Victoria sums up the belief that balance is important in life – a healthy lifestyle of good food and exercise shouldn’t mean you have to give up the things you love. Not only is Victoria’s blog inspirational in terms of her fitness journey from “couch potato”, it has some great tips and tricks for those of us that love chocolate – as well as some delicious recipes (think gluten free, dairy free, sugar free chocolate cookies). Elle Landgren’s Instagram is the ultimate inspiration for people looking to get into yoga and healthy eating. It becomes even more impressive when you realise that Elle suffers from scoliosis, chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression as well as multiple food intolerances. To manage these, Elle took up yoga in 2013 and now she has her own eGuide “Get Bendy” to help everyone learn how yoga can change their lives. In addition to her eGuide, Elle’s blog has heaps of great inspiration and pictures and she has some brilliant videos on YouTube for teaching yourself some yoga basics as well giving some great visual inspiration.

Hungry? Whatever you do don’t go to Sally’s Instagram page, just looking at it will have your stomach gurgling. As an ambassador for Jamie Oliver’s ‘Food Revolution’ Sally’s website is all about healthy, stylish food and fitness. There are recipes, photos and inspiration galore as well as her “Eat Chocolate Everyday” E-Book which is reason enough to drop over for a look. If you’re after some regular inspiration Sally is also a freelance journalist for various food and fitness magazines which sometimes feature some of her gorgeous photos so keep an eye out next time you’re in the shops!
Fit With Georgie
Georgie (not Georgina or you’ll get in trouble!) is a yoga and fitness blogger and a paramedic. If the dream of working as a paramedic in one of Melbourne’s high trauma hospitals isn’t enough to deter her from keeping fit we have no excuse! Georgie’s Instagram is full of gorgeous pictures that are sure to inspire and she regularly hosts collaborative “challenges” which you can join in. Georgie’s journey of teaching herself yoga is an inspiration and shows that you don’t need fancy classes or lots of money to enjoy yoga in a fun and safe way.
