I have recently been diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis on my hip and arthritis on a slipped disc nearly 3 years ago and have been in excruciating pain most of that time. I am limited to any sort of exercise and especially my dancing which is my passion. I have been taking the Rose-Hip Vital powder for 3 weeks now and have already seen results in my mobility, getting slightly better and better day by day.
With introducing Rose-Hip Vital, it has helped me get back on the dance floor every now and then which I haven’t been able to do for the last 2 years. I also go for walks during my lunch breaks now which I couldn’t really even do that much before. I limp because of my condition but some days I can walk with minimal pain.
I also take fish oil and chondroitin glucosamine with MSM as well and attend clinical Pilates, but since I introduced Rose-Hip Vital I am seeing the results every day. I will continue to take RHV.
