I am 96 years ancient and full of the aches and pain associated with that stage of life. Most movements are accompanied by more or less loud squeals of AUA, which is German for OUCH.
But that was until last week, to be precise on June 15th, when we celebrated my birthday and one of my grand-daughters gave me a product called ROSE-HIP VITAL. For years, I have been taking maximum doses of Panadol Osteo and Neurophen and up until few weeks ago (unbeknownst to my doctor) I have been taking nightly doses of 5mg Valium to sleep through the pain. I have not yet stopped the Panadol and Neurophen tablets.
However, since starting Rose-Hip Vital I sleep soundly, have only one toilet stop at night and none of the previously so painful movements that caused the incessant AUAs.
