I first ordered Rose-Hip Vital for my horse who gets recurring inflammation in her club foot past being shod. It worked so well that I than ordered a bottle for myself because or the arthritis in both knees. Within a week I noticed a big difference in my pain level. I had a complete knee replacement on the left knee and had to stop my Rose-Hip for 3 wks (my Dr was not sure what effect it would have post op.)
