I have tried everything to help with Osteoarthritis & Osteoporosis pain for many years it severally affected my way of life as I use to love surfing & many other activities at the age of 50, I had to give up my sport as the pain was so great & I was no longer enjoying it. I tried everything I could to ease the pain, but nothing really worked. I am now 63 & two weeks ago, a friend put me onto Rose Hip Vital, I bought my first bottle of capsules & started taking 5 tablets in the morning 5 at night within three days I noticed a mark improvement in my joints. After two weeks I played lawn bowls on Saturday & Sunday pain free, whereas before I could only play one game & found it hard to walk afterwards.
