RETURN POLICY

Our Returns Policy - Change of Mind

At Rose-Hip Vital, your peace of mind is our top priority.  

If you change your mind about a product you have ordered, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of your order being dispatched. You must firstcontact us to notify us of your intent.  

Your items must be returned AS NEW.  

We will not cover the cost of your return postage, for change of mind returns this will be at your expense. Your returned items remain your responsibility until they have been received by us, so we recommend using registered post with transit insurance.  

If you have been sent the wrong items, something is damaged, or your order never arrives, please contact us as soon as possible and we will prioritize the re-shipment of your order.  

Our Returns Policy - Faulty or Damaged Goods

All itemspurchased from us are protected by transit insurance and are fully guaranteed by Rose-Hip Vital. If your items are misplaced or damaged in transit, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible, so we can rectify thesituation. Our team will require a description of the damage,as well as your full order details including name, email address, and contact number.
