Your order should reach you 2-5 days from shipping date depending on your location in the US.

We pack and ship your orders on the day we receive your order and payment, Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday. Because we are so many time zones ahead of you, if you place an order on a Sunday night, it’s our Monday morning, so we pack and ship while you are still sleeping.

Your orders are EXPRESS shipped from sunny down under Sydney –  Australia to Los Angeles every business day.

Special Locations

• DHL does not ship parcels to PO (Post Office) boxes. If you have no other delivery option, please contact our customer service team before you order to ensure another delivery carrier is used to deliver to a PO Box. (A charge may be incurred for this). The same conditions apply for shipments to APO/FPO addresses which will also  require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

• Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require 1 or more additional days to deliver.

• Rural domestic addresses may require 1 or more additional days to deliver.

If you’re shopping for several people at once and want to ship your various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
