"He is obviously in less pain and is a brighter and happier boy"
I have a 12 year old Kerry Blue Terrier named Louie who has had worsening joint stiffness in a front leg over the last four years. I have had him on a glucosamine & chondroitin supplement for the last 2-3 years and it has helped him, although lately I felt it's beneficial effects had lessened. I wondered whether there was something else or something more I could be doing to support his increasing lameness short of commencing unpleasant injections. I asked my Vet's advice about trying something new.
My Vet was happy for me to try Rose Hip Vital CANINE supplement. Louie has been on Rose Hip Vital CANINE for 9-10 weeks and is now on the Maintenance dose of one level scoopful with dinner every night. It did take about 4 weeks to notice a difference but the powder must have a very active effect because he is now a LOT more comfortable on the leg. Of course, Louie still has the joint stiffness but he limps only slightly now and can even trot and scoot after a ball.
He is obviously in less pain and is a brighter and happier boy. This product is pure powdered rosehips, nothing else and it is an Australian company. I hope my experience is of interest to others and I get the impression that quite a few dog owners are catching on to this product fairly quickly. I have no association with the Company other than as a customer. Good Luck.
