Sheer Etiquette (Ellie)

CONDITION: Joint Pain
RIDER: Susan Paix's
LOCATION: AUS

In 2011 we started competing at Grand Prix International, unfortunately arthritic changes and stiffness set in for Ellie and we sadly decided to retire. Six months ago I started Ellie on Rose-Hip Vital. The change is unbelievable.

Ellie is better now than when she was competing. Ellie and I are going back into competition at the ripe age of 20. This is so exciting!

Life is too short to be unhealthy. Thank you Rose-Hip Vital!

Absolutely loving Rose-Hip Vital. My advanced dressage mare, Danbry Park Delta, no longer gets pentosan, looks incredible and her movement is freer…we can actually see how much it has improved the action in her joints.

Delta and I competed at the APDC Champs – Regional Dressage Festival on the 5th October and won our division in the mediums, got over all medium champs and won their advanced test. We are more than thrilled. I have no doubt some of this success has to do with the RHV. It has helped Delta in so many ways.

November 2015

I am on a high. Today I watched the very first foal I bred do her first Prix St George Dressage test. I am so proud of both Katrina and Delta. Katrina has done at least 98% of this horse’s training right from the very start including breaking her in. It has not been an easy road. Delta went through some pretty interesting issues with competition nerves and they came a nasty buster a few years back that dented both their confidence but today it was all made very worth it. Yes, the test had mistakes, yes both were being very cautious considering the rainy weather and slippery going, even in the deep sand but it is finally done. Delta is officially an FEI level horse. Katrina has some great sponsorship in Sublime Equine Performance Therapy and Rose-Hip Vital Equine, I know for certain both have played a major role in Delta sound and finally being able to keep a calm head at competitions.

December 2015

It was only 18 months ago that fellow sponsored rider Lizzie Wilson Fellows suggested Rose-Hip Vital Equine for Delta and we haven’t looked back. Even able to take her off Pentosan with amazement at seeing her start to use her hindquarters, in particular her off side hind properly again. Her whole demeanor also changed. Gone was the temperamental, moody mare who was competing Elementary/Medium and in her place a happier, easy going horse who finished this year with Advanced Championships, two starts at Prix St George and showing a lot of talent as a small tour horse. I can’t recommend Rose-Hip Vital any higher…..amazing product. We will also be starting our young horse on it as a preventative.

We are aiming for a dressage medal at the Police and Emergency Services games in March this year! Fingers crossed.

"My vet suggested that I put my two middle-aged dressage mares on Rose-Hip Vital. On X-ray both showed signs of early arthritic changes and we included Rose-Hip Vital as part of an overall management plan. I am very happy that a year later, both horses are sound and happy, both are competing regularly and going great. They also look amazing."

"Both horses have been more noticeably active"

Banjo (chestnut) and Bobby (grey) are our two older horses that are showing the benefits of Rose-Hip Vital. Both are competed by our young daughter and the improvement in their movement is noticeable. They are not as stiff as they use to be which means that they are working better and enjoying being ridden. The improvement in Banjo who is used for dressage and jumping has been confirmed by the comments on his dressage tests as his movement is now freer. Bobby is used mostly for sporting events and he is responding and turning better that he has for a long time. Both horses have been more noticeably active out in the paddock also. Thanks to Rose-Hip Vital I expect that our daughter will be able to ride both of these horses for longer which is great as they are two old champions that still have a lot to teach her.
