It becomes even more impressive when you realise that Elle suffers from scoliosis, chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression as well as multiple food intolerances. To manage these, Elle took up yoga in 2013 and now she has her own eGuide Get Bendy to help everyone learn how yoga can change their lives. In addition to her eGuide, Elles blog has heaps of great inspiration and pictures and she has some brilliant videos on YouTube for teaching yourself some yoga basics as well giving some great visual inspiration.
