Below we share some our favourite quick and easy recipes:
Mixed in with muesli
A good sugar-free muesli is an incredibly sustaining and nourishing start to the day, and the best kinds are of course home made. Making your own muesli or granola can be incredibly easy. Our favourite types include oats that are high in fibre and antioxidants, nuts and seeds for some protein and coconut for essential fatty acids. Add some yoghurt, your favourite fruits such as banana, apples or berries, chia seeds for some extra protein and some Rose-Hip Vital powder on top for a breakfast that is not only long lasting but is packed full of goodness.

Sprinkled over cereal, yogurt or a chia pudding
Rosehips are a fruit which has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries. So why not sprinkle Rose-Hip Vital powder over your next bowl of cereal, Greek Yogurt or chia pudding for an extra antioxidant and vitamin C boost and immune system support. We love a chia pudding as it is not limited to breakfast but can be eaten as a healthy snack at any time of the day. Chia seeds are full of soluble and insoluble fibre to help maintain and lower cholesterol as well as support digestive health. Chia is also high in plant based omega 3 and vitamin B that promotes a healthy metabolism.
