After seeing how RHV was keeping my 12 year old toy poodle active and agile, I decided to try it for myself. At 81 years of age, I was becoming increasingly achey, and having trouble with my balance (especially as our Tai Chi sessions ceased due to Covid), and although I’ve now only been having two scoops on my cereal for less than 2 weeks, I really do feel I’m improving. I find I can walk more easily, and as I’m part of a drumming circle, my joints aren’t ‘complaining’ after playing for a couple of hours. We played yesterday morning, and I feel great today, so I’ll definitely continue taking RHV, and expect to see even more improvement in the weeks/months ahead!
Many thanks RHV.
