I am using Rose-Hip Vital for mild Osteoarthritis in my hands, knees and feet. Having been active as a runner and gym junky everything is coming back to bite me in my old age. I am always a little unsure if these things will work, but I can tell you that it has made a vast improvement especially on my hands. I will continue to use the capsules as I believe they do work. I am hoping with continued use that it will improve my whole body.
