I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis 16 years ago. The compression in my spinal nerve roots has led to disc bulges and ongoing sciatica pain. As a dressage rider, my symptoms tend to worsen after riding with the pain radiating down my leg causing numbness and weakness.
Over the years I have sought relief via cortisone injections directly into the spine and anti-inflammatory medications, procedures which are both invasive and cause other health problems. I have tried most other forms of natural pain relief and vitamins such as Krill oil, fish oil, glucosamine and chondroitin with little or no beneficial effect.
Four weeks ago, I started on Rose-Hip Vital with 5 capsules twice a day. Within 2 weeks, my symptoms had dramatically improved and now 4 weeks on I am virtually pain free even after riding and exercise.
