For several years I have been suffering from the discomfort of “Seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis” in ankles, hips, hands, and elbows. This has been limiting my movement, physical activity, and work capability. Despite being on a number of medications, the effects were only reduced a bit.
I purchased an Equine container of Rose-Hip Vital a couple of months ago. There were local delivery issues here in N.Z. but I have had it for four weeks now. For the first three weeks I took 1 teaspoon with juice each day, then reduced to half a teaspoon for week four.
By the end of week three I had a noticeable reduction in joint pain. I have also been gradually reducing my medication, and will continue to do so. Now at the end of week four I only have a slight niggle in one ankle. This has taken me back 20 years in my physical capabilities and I feel back to normal again.
