With a full time job and a family that I love to spend my spare time with, I have to make the most of my limited training hours in the sport of triathlon. For the last two years, I’ve struggled to use the limited training time efficiently with a few insistent injuries including inflammation around my right ITB and left Achilles.
With an Ironman triathlon in the calendar this year, I started taking Rosehip recently to help with inflammation.
