I'm 52. I've suffered for yrs with inflammation in most of my joints. I have osteoarthritis in my hips knees ankles lower back and hands. I did alot of research on pills and powders that claim what they claim. I was still in absolutely pain and stiffness. I bought 3 lots of Rose-Hip Vital 3 in 1. Mainly because I know it takes a few weeks for any supplement to work. As soon as I got the delivery I read the label and took the first 3 pills. Later that day the next 3. This is day 5.
